  • We do not accept Returns & Exchanges, all sales are final.
  • To raise any claim an opening video of the package is mandatory.  
  • Missing Product: We conduct stringent checks on our order packaging to ensure the accuracy of your order and maintain order packing video. We do not entertain claims for missing items after the customer has accepted the courier. If you believe the courier has been tampered with, kindly do not accept it.   • Order Changes/Cancellations:

    • You can make changes to or cancel your order only if the product has not been dispatched. Once the product is dispatched, we regret that we cannot make any changes.
